Transportation
Transportation Expense Policy
Let Us S.O.A.R. does not offer a monthly transportation stipend. Instead, employees conducting official company duties are eligible for transportation reimbursement, provided that:
- The travel is directly related to company tasks
- A weekly expense sheet is submitted
- Receipts or proof of travel are included
- The expense has prior approval
Unrelated or personal transportation expenses are not reimbursable.

Equipment & Company Devices
Let Us S.O.A.R. provides the digital tools and resources needed for employees to perform their duties efficiently.
In most cases, employees are expected to use their own personal devices (such as laptops, phones, or tablets).
However, in certain roles or situations, the organization may provide electronic equipment—including computers, phones, or tablets—to support official duties.
When company-owned equipment is issued:
• The device must be used for company-related tasks only
• The employee is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the equipment
• All devices must be returned immediately upon the end of employment or upon request
• Any damage or loss due to negligence may result in replacement cost responsibility

Position Summary
The Marketing & Creative Media Intern supports the digital storytelling and public engagement efforts of Let Us S.O.A.R. This role helps build the online presence of our artist-led humanitarian work, social programs, and community initiatives. The intern assists with content creation, branding, and campaign execution across social media and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips for campaigns and events.
- Support photo/video shoots during community projects and foundation activities.
- Help manage captions, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Conduct basic research to support content ideas and awareness campaigns.
- Assist with website updates, graphics, banners, and event promotions.
- Track analytics and insights to help improve engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency for Let Us S.O.A.R. and all affiliated artist foundations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest in social media, marketing, and digital communications.
- Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools).
- Organized, creative, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable capturing content at events or in the community.

The Administrative & Programs Support Intern assists with the operational, planning, and coordination activities that help run Let Us S.O.A.R.’s education, community, and artist-led projects. The intern helps with documentation, communication, record-keeping, and logistics across multiple programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing documents, spreadsheets, and program reports.
- Support planning and coordination of events, meetings, and community outreach.
- Help maintain organized digital files and records for foundation projects.
- Assist with grant research, donor outreach lists, and program correspondence.
- Help compile metrics, testimonials, and updates from team members in Jamaica and the U.S.
- Support communications with schools, partners, volunteers, and community groups.
- Assist with inventory tracking for donations, supplies, and program materials.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance organizational workflow.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable with Google Drive, Word, Excel, or similar tools.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Position Summary
The Multimedia Production & Content Design Intern supports the visual storytelling and media production needs of Let Us S.O.A.R. and its affiliated artist foundations. This role includes filming, editing, producing short features, designing graphics, and helping build compelling content for humanitarian campaigns, community events, and artist-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities – Videography & Production
- Capture high-quality video footage during events, interviews, school visits, artist appearances, and community programs.
- Assist with setting up lighting, audio, and camera equipment for shoots.
- Edit videos for social media, websites, documentaries, and promotional campaigns.
- Contribute to storyboarding, scripting, and planning of multimedia projects.
- Help manage and organize raw footage, production files, and media archives.
Key Responsibilities – Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Design social media graphics, flyers, posters, banners, and event promotions.
- Create visual assets for websites, online campaigns, and artist foundations.
- Assist in developing branded content that reflects the mission, vision, and tone of Let Us S.O.A.R.
- Create thumbnails, cover images, and digital artwork for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Support the development of pitch decks, brochures, and donor materials.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative team to bring campaign concepts to life.
- Contribute ideas for visuals, storytelling structure, and production improvements.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for public engagement and marketing campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate videography skills (camera operation, framing, lighting).
- Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, iMovie, or similar).
