The Single Fathers Matter Project was created to challenge a narrative long left unspoken—that single fathers matter too.
In a world where single mothers are often uplifted (and rightly so), single fathers are frequently overlooked, doubted, or even vilified. They’re met with skepticism instead of support, silence instead of sympathy, and judgment instead of grace. Society rarely gives them room to be vulnerable, to struggle, or to receive help without stigma.
This initiative—led by internationally recognized artist Razor B in association with Let Us S.O.A.R.—is here to shift that. We aim to normalize the presence of loving, committed fathers who are actively raising their children, especially in communities where that narrative is seldom seen.
Through community events, mentorship, storytelling, and direct support, the Single Fathers Matter Project gives voice to these men and provides practical assistance to help them succeed. We’re building a network where fathers feel seen, supported, and celebrated—not as exceptions, but as essential.
