Having worked closely with Founder and Chairperson Sherone Antonette White for several years, Ava has demonstrated herself to be trustworthy, responsible, articulate, and highly efficient. Her previous experience includes managing Airbnb operations in Jamaica, where she was entrusted with significant day-to-day responsibilities requiring organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage situations independently.
Ava is also an outside-the-box thinker who brings creativity and practical judgment to the team. Her ability to communicate effectively, remain dependable, and approach challenges with fresh ideas makes her well suited to helping shape how Let Us S.O.A.R. communicates its work, tells its stories, and represents its mission to the public.
